The best dogs websites are extremely varied. They range from dog jokes to forums, to videos to commercial sites to, well you get the picture. When you are trying to find the best beer websites for example, they will all be quite similar but this category is just the opposite, they are all very different.

Why Look For The Best Dogs Websites?

Well, "dogs" is one of the most searched keywords on the Internet, so lots of people want information about dogs. A lot of people own dogs and to many, these pets become part of their family and are therefore very important to them. So, I decided to start a best dogs page.

Someday I will have to have a "cats" page or an animals or pets page because they are also very popular but I like dogs best, so that's where I've started. (It's my bat and ball, so we will play by my rules!) Of course you can alter my decisions by replying to these pages. They're interactive so that your ideas can be heard as well.

What should a good dog website include?

Again, I'm biased here and because I have another website called Funny Email For Everyone.com, I therefore think that "cute" pictures of dogs should be seen on the site and possibly cartoons or jokes as well. Information about different breeds might be helpful, as would instructions (and maybe videos) about training dogs.

Also, some kind of forum might be beneficial where dog owners could ask questions and help other pet owners with answers to the questions as they arise. And don't forget, a best dogs website should have these basic requirements as well.

1. Funny Dog.net
   Lots of funny pictures and jokes and even greeting cards featuring dogs can be found here. In spite of the title, there are other animals on the site as well but I like it for the dog humor.
   
   
2. Doggiewoggie
   This site seems to have it all, news, forums, advice, cute pictures, etc. You might want to start you search for dog info here.
   
   
3. Chazhound Forums
   Essentially this is a forum site but it is so well organized into the various forums that it deserves a look.
   
   
4. Hot Dog or Not
   This is a rating website where you can post a picture of your dog and have people rate it. I'm not really sure why people would do this but then I don't know why "Rate Your Girlfriend" is so busy either!
   
   
5. The Loyal Dog
   Not a very interesting looking site (in my opinion) but if you're searching for dog accessories, this might be the place to visit. It has everything from beds to brushes.
   
   
6. Shop 4 Dogs.com
   This looks like the dog's version of Ebay! I can't vouch for its reputation, but it looks to have a complete dog-related product list.
   
   
7. All About Dogs
   Lots of info about dog training and feeding can be found here. You'll find step-by-step advice from the site owner who happens to be a dog trainer.
   
   
8. CoolDogTips.com
   I don't know why they are "Cool" but the website is full of great tips for taking care of your dog.
   
   
9. Doggies Playground
   Major League Baseball and Nation League Football collars and "jerseys" for you dogs can be found at this website. Lots of other dog paraphernalia as well, but these caught my eye.
   
   
10. Tinkle Trousers
    This is the ultimate dog diaper. I can't imagine using it (on my dog) or whether a dog would even put up with it, but it does appear to be unique.
